Booking are accepted only online through our website, we do not take telephone reservations.

When booking, a 50% deposit will be required to be paid by credit card or bank transfer. A confirmation email will be sent within a few hours after manual verification. In case of booking by credit card, the amount is only pre-authorized and we will proceed with the collection only after verifying the real availability, otherwise it will be released and the system will refund it (generally in 2-3 days).

In any case, the system is usual updated with the real availability of vehicles.

The delivery service of scooters or motorcycles is not new to us, we have always provided it and it is our prerogative. What we offer is convenient, you will not have to take expensive taxis to reach us and we arrive in all the places in the area, directly where you are; it is exclusive, the vehicle is brought and delivered by us in the chosen location, we will complete all the formalities and explain everything you need, without having to queue at the counter. We always guarantee delivery and we meet your needs by offering you our maximum availability. To do this in the best possible way, we do not have an office open to the public and we require advance online reservations.

Delivery and collection times are between 9.00 and 19.30. Select your preferred time when booking. We will try to meet your requests as much as possible, however in the high season (July and August) the traffic on the streets and the amount of collections / deliveries throughout the territory we cover, does not allow us to be able to exactly meet the selected timetable. For this reason, the preferred time slot will be requested during the booking phase (every 2h) which will always be respected; in addition, the day before the rental, the exact delivery / collection time will be communicated within the selected time slot. We will also send a text message just before arriving to avoid waiting.

You can change the timetable at any time, in this case we only ask you to notify us as soon as possible.

It is possible to receive and return the scooter or motorbike for rent at other times for a surcharge. The cost of the service will be included in the rate displayed when ordering.

When we deliver the scooter or motorbike, the rental contract will be stipulated on the spot. The driver with a valid driving license must be present to sign and verify the documents. The driving license must be shown in original we do not accept copies or pictures.

At rental moment, payment of the remaining 50% balance will be required. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by debit card. We always carry the portable POS for payments.

At the time of rental, together with the payment, a security deposit will also be required, the amount of which depends on the rented vehicle. The deposit is always mandatory, and it is returned at the end of the rental after checking the vehicle. It can be left in cash or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We also accept the deposit by bank transfer but it must be displayed on our account before the rental and previously agreed.

Make sure about the availability of the amount on your card before renting.

The security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, after checking for any damage, in the same way it is paid. If cash, they are returned immediately. If by bank transfer, the operation will be done within 4 working days. If by credit card, the pre-authorization is closed immediately and a copy of the receipt will be left with the customer.

Important: Even if the pre-authorization is "closed" immediately, it requires technical time to be available again in the card plafond. These times do NOT depend on us but on the banks. For this we cannot guarantee an exact timing as it varies from the circuit used. Generally they are unlocked between 10 and 20 working days.

We always answer: where are you?

We do not have an office open to the public but we have several garages that help us logistically for transports.

This is why we ask "where are you", the scooter or motorbike will be delivered directly to your accommodation.

Because we only make deliveries. We are able to organize transports following routes and times that help us to optimize costs and be able to make multiple deliveries / collections in the same day.

It's possible.

We have selected a meeting point near one of our garages. We still have to agree on the timetable based on the day's deliveries. The reservation must in any case be made previously online.

The day before the rental, we will contact you to communicate the delivery time, following the instructions provided during the booking process. Furthermore, just before arriving, we will send an SMS so that we can meet in the nearest parking lot and avoid waiting on both sides. You have to start your vacation and we will have another delivery after you.

The delivery will be in the nearest parking lot. Whether it is a hotel, a house or in the city center, it is important that you check there is a suitable place for parking, unloading / loading the vehicle and stopping for about 15 minutes to complete the formalities.

No. We always give priority to those who cannot wait comfortably at a hotel or home. Those arriving by train, plane or ship will not have to wait long, we often arrive before you.

But, it is important that you notify us in the event of a carrier delay to allow us to reorganize deliveries.

In case of unforeseen events, we ask that you always notify us in time.

If we do not find anyone on the spot, we cannot wait more than 15 minutes and we will leave. We will return later but with a surcharge of 50 € for additional transport (in addition to any costs for the rental day).

It is important for us to be sure that following customers do not wait.

It may happen that we make a trip to the area just for you or we have the day full with transport.

Minors with a valid driving license (AM for 50cc) and A1 for 125cc can drive. However, we cannot enter into a rental contract if you are not at least 18 years old, so there must be an adult with a driving license (also B) to whom we can regularly rent the scooter.

Yes, all our scooters are approved for two.

It does not matter. When booking we ask for an indication to know if we have to bring particularly small or large sizes. We always have different sizes for you to try on.

Yes. It is delivered full and we ask you to return it full.

Yes, the rate also includes free road assistance in the event of vehicle problems due to mechanical failure not attributable to the customer.

The free assistance is valid up to a distance of 20km from the delivery point. In the event of a breakdown or puncture attributable to the customer, roadside assistance is still included but for a fee. We will replace the scooter immediately according to our availability or repair it as soon as possible.

We will always try to provide another vehicle to replace as you can continue your holiday. 

The 50cc scooters reach the maximum speed of 45kmh

The 125cc scooters reach the top speed of 100kmh

The 300cc scooters reach the top speed of 130kmh.

If you arrive at the airport, we recommend that you bring a few pieces of luggage.

A small trolley can fit in the front platform. We also suggest a soft bag as a second piece of luggage. 300cc scooters have a central tank, so we suggest two soft bags.

The scooters are all equipped with a compartment under the saddle for a helmet or a small bag, and a rear case.

In the 300cc scooters both the saddle compartment and the top case have a capacity of two helmets.

The scooters are not difficult to drive, they have no gears and are low and stable. However, the roads are quite busy during the summer, there are many curves and a mistake can easily be made which can lead to serious consequences. Anyone who has already ridden a scooter or a motorbike in the past, even sporadically, will have no problems and can proceed to drive the scooter with caution.

For those who have never driven a scooter or a motorbike, we do not rent a scooter.

Fortunately we are not in an area where scooter theft occurs.

In addition, the spare parts of our scooters have low prices and are not attractive. We provide a safety chain. It has never happened to date that a theft has occurred.

However, if this happens, you must notify us immediately and go to the nearest carabinieri / police station for the report of the theft.

The cost to be paid will depend on the insurance taken out at the time of signing the contract.

Not all, but most of our scooters are equipped with GPS tracker.

Our rates include 100km per day for scooters and 250km per day for motorcycles.

At the end of the rental the total mileage will be calculated. For example, for a 7 day scooter rental, the limit is 700km in total.

If this limit is exceeded, € 0.35 will be charged for each additional km for scooters and € 0.45 for motorcycles. However, it is possible to purchase unlimited mileage.
